Divine Tribe Privacy Policy

Your private information matters to Divine Tribe and we will not share your private information in any other way than necessary to conduct our normal exchange of business. Divine Tribe collects patron names, addresses, contact details, and payment information through contact forms, booking forms, and website member registration. Divine Tribe uses this information to conduct business and notify patrons about Divine Tribe appointments, bookings, events, blog posts, events, and happenings. Normal exchange of business with patrons entails Divine Tribe utilizing various third party applications, each of which operates under its own Privacy Policy. Should Divine Tribe become aware of any breach of patron information, we will notify patrons via their supplied contact email. Additionally, Divine Tribe will contact patrons via their supplied contact email when we make changes to this Privacy Policy.

Divine Tribe records photos, video works, and audio ("Photos") during group classes, sound baths, and events. You grant Divine Tribe, its agents and employees, and Alicia (Ellie) Cooke all ownership rights and the absolute irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use, and publish your likeness and all Photos for any lawful purpose. Divine Tribe does not record Photos during private sessions. You may opt out of this consent by providing Divine Tribe at least 72 hours notice via email at ecdivinetribe@gmail.com.
